I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and have built my career as a leader in corporate operations, mentoring, and process improvement. As a mechanical engineer with years of experience in both engineering and management, I’ve had the opportunity to lead diverse teams, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
I started LGL Sign Company with a clear mission: to combine military-grade precision with outstanding client service in an industry that, too often, settles for “good enough.”
For me, leadership has always been about authenticity, competence, and service. I believe that to lead is to serve — with heart, purpose, and integrity.
In my decades of experience managing people, processes, and projects, I’ve learned the value of balancing a big-picture vision with hands-on involvement.
